Papillon dog is a small sized dog breeds which come from France since the 16th century. Formerly, Papillon dog is only owned by the nobility such as Madame Pompadour and Marie Antoinette as a garnish or decorative animal that attracts attention.

Papillon dog has a height around 20-28 cm and weight from 4 to 4.5 kg.
Physical characteristics of this dog breeds is a straight leg, eyelid edges are black, dark eyes, long tail, straight up, and curved.

Dog’s coat color is highly variable and consists of various combinations of white with other colors, but the part around the eyes and ears must be covered by hair color (except white).

In the chest, legs, and tail has feathers which more heavy than other body parts. In all birth, these dogs are only able to give birth 2-3 puppies for its small size.
